Ann Canfield is taking her 25 years of experience in life coaching and staff training to help our state deliver the skills needed for young professionals to improve their communication and leadership skills.

Ann has a master’s degree in behavior analysis and therapy and has been coaching/training personnel from the shop floor to the top floor in manufacturing for over 13 years.
